STEP ONE

Schedule Your Session

You will get an email asking you to login, once you do then you can schedule your session. Be sure to choose a day and time where you can be alone and present during your session

STEP TWO

Mark Your Calendar

On the day of create a sacred space where you can lie down and have at least 75 minutes of peaceful self-care time. No alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours prior orĀ excessive caffeine within 2 hours of appointmentĀ please. These requests are just to allow you body to be in a calm and fully connected state
